all renters and additional drivers must be 21 years of age or older. All renters must have a valid driver’s license and a major credit or debit card in their name. persons with learners or instruction permits are not eligible to rent. This is only a summary. for additional details, see the driver’s license information policy. the underage surcharge for drivers ages 21-24 is $25 per day. Renters ages 21-24 may rent the following vehicle classes: economy to full-size cars, cargo and minivans, and compact, small, and standard 5-passenger SUVs. debit card
At airports, debit cards are only accepted at the time of rental if accompanied by a ticketed round trip itinerary. the name and address shown on the renter’s driver’s license must match their current address. active duty military personnel are exempt from address requirements.
other than the renter’s spouse or common-law partner, no additional drivers are allowed.
If you use a debit card for amounts due, the available funds in the account associated with the renter’s debit card will be reduced by those amounts. in addition, the renter is responsible for any overdraft fees incurred.

insurance verification
at the time of rental, renters without a ticketed return travel itinerary must provide evidence of a transferable auto collision, comprehensive and liability policy for the following vehicle classes: full-size luxury sedan, sedan Premium Luxury, Midsize Luxury Sport Sedan, Electric Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury Sport Utility Vehicle, Extended Luxury Sport Utility Vehicle, Electric Luxury Sport Utility Vehicle, Limousine Van, and Corvette.

debit card
total estimated rent in review & reservation screen and/or in the reservation confirmation email will be charged to the payment method provided by the lessee. if the rental is changed as booked, the estimated total rental amount may change and will still be charged to the form of payment provided by the renter.
At the time of rental, the renter will sign a rental agreement (the “Agreement”) that applies to the rental and includes a summary of the rental agreement and any additional terms and conditions.

To account for the renter’s potential to incur additional amounts due under the contract, renters without a ticketed return travel itinerary will be required to provide a deposit of $400 or $850 for the following vehicle classes: High-rise sports performance,large luxury suv,luxury electric suv,full size elite electric sedan,mid size sport luxury sedan,full size luxury sedan,premium luxury sedan,electric luxury sedan,premium luxury suv, extended luxury jeep, limousine van and corvette.

Lessee must use a form of payment listed above for the deposit amount. the deposit amount will not be available for renter’s use and/or refunded to renter until after the vehicle has been returned.
If the tenant incurs additional amounts due under the lease, such additional amounts may be deducted from the amount of the tenant’s deposit, if applicable. if those additional amounts are not deducted from the deposit amount, if any, they will be charged to the form of payment provided by the renter at the time of rental, unless the renter provides a different form of payment than the one listed above.
If you use a debit card for any of the above amounts, the available funds in the account associated with the renter’s debit card will be reduced by those amounts. in addition, the renter is responsible for any overdraft fees incurred.
Money orders and prepaid cards are not acceptable forms of payment at the time of rental, including the deposit amount, but can be used to pay any amounts due at the end of the rental after the vehicle has been returned . cash is not accepted.
In addition to one of the forms of payment listed above, credit cards with sufficient available credit listed in the renter’s profile or loyalty account (emerald club, e club, etc.) will be accepted as payment of all amounts due under the contract.
all amounts owed by renter under the contract shall be presented (a) as an authorization to be held and ultimately charged to renter’s credit or debit card, or (b) to be charged to renter’s debit card of the lessee.
